as salaam alaikum, please forgive me for not doing this before but I have been recovering from a stomach virus that I contracted while doing ummrah.

I did too much and over exerted myself while there and crashed. Umrah is a spiritual bootcamp much like Ramadhan is a spiritual boot camp that needs optimum nutrition for optimum performance…so lets go.
