CUCUMBER is quite an interesting ingredient to put in a smoothie, its diuretic, which means it combats water retention and bloating, its cooling and part of the same family as melon.
I think its a sacred food because Allah mentioned it by name in the Quran

QURAN Sahih International:
SURAT/CHAPTER 2 VERSE 61
“And [recall] when you said, “O Moses, we can never endure one [kind of] food. So call upon your Lord to bring forth for us from the earth its green herbs and its cucumbers and its garlic and its lentils and its onions.” [Moses] said, “Would you exchange what is better for what is less? Go into [any] settlement and indeed, you will have what you have asked.” And they were covered with humiliation and poverty and returned with anger from Allah [upon them]. That was because they [repeatedly] disbelieved in the signs of Allah and killed the prophets without right. That was because they disobeyed and were [habitually] transgressing.”
Let’s get on with the smoothie recipe, these are the sorts of ingredients that will help cool your inflammation , combats acid and boost your immune system, while given your digestion a chance to relax and allowed the body to fight the virus.
KIWIS, high in vitamin C, great for boosting your immune system, fruits as general group mentioned in Quran.
CELERY, a wonderful ant inflammatory mentioned in the Sunnah
CUCUMBER ,to cool things down and balance, mentioned in Quran
PARSELY, full of vitamin C (herbs mentioned in Quran)
Per person for a 400-500 ml glass you will need
½ cucumber washed and sliced in 1/2 long ways
2-3 kiwis washed cut in half long ways
3 sticks of celery washed properly, cot off nay brown bits they are potentially toxic
A small handful of fresh washed and chopped parsley
You could add garlic if you were really brave, wheat grass if you have it or sea weed and spinach.
Juicing is so easy you can put the kiwis in without peeling, put everything in the juicer, pour and enjoy, you could put a bit of Echinacea or golden seal in mind to boost the immune system a bit more
