RAMADHAN NUTRITION, RAMADAN MID WAY, ENERGY DROP,VIRUS INFECTION, COLDS, COUGHS TOXIC BUILD UP

As salaam alaikum wa rahmatulaahi wa barakatuhum brothers and sisters,
It has come to my attention from others and personal experience that there is a virus going round.
Most of us are eating too many acid forming foods are iftar which causes toxins building up in the body. The virus enters the body and the body’s energy os torn between fighting the virus and dealing with the toxic build up, this combines with fatigue which is also made worst by acid forming foods, is a vicious circle that we need to break
You might want to give in to it or you may want to put up a fight.

I make duaa every day for the brothers and sisters fasting especially in extreme conditions like heat or cold or imprisoned.
We are at the midway point of Ramadhan, I see this every year, people start getting ill around this point.
The immune system has taken a battering, we over exert ourselves to get good deeds, fasting, going to tarweeh, not getting enough sleep. Many of us in the West, including myself, do not nap during the day, we should its sunnah.
One Hadith by the Prophet (pbuh) says, “Take a short nap, for Devils do not take naps” (Sahih Aljamie. Alalbani 1647).
Did you know that the body detoxes while sleeping and produces anti cancer chemicals?
What many of us do is eat junk in the evening to breakfast and at best a tiny bit of salad.
Let me break it down one more time
“Acid forming foods cause inflammation which can cause cancer”
A physician working for the American Government told me this 4 years ago on a ferry from Spain to Morocco.
Meat is an acid forming food
Sugar is an acid forming food particularly processed sugar
Fizzy drinks are acid forming food
Cheese is an acid forming food
Pasta is an acid forming food
Chicken is an acid forming food
Coffee and Tea are acid forming foods
Tobacco smoking causes acidity
Pizza is an acid forming food
Samosa is an acid forming food
Rice is an acid forming food
Curry is an acid forming food unless it’s packed with fresh herbs and vegetables
Fried food is acid forming food
Processed food is acid forming food
Junk is an acid forming food.

ACID FORMING FOOD CAUSES INFLAMMATION AND DIS-EASE
• Tumours cancers are made worst by acid forming food
• Bones and osteoporosis is made worst by acid forming food
• Fatigue is caused by acid forming food
• Toxin build up is made worst by acid forming food
• Blood becomes thicker and circulation slower from eating too many acid forming food
• Eczema and dermatitis are caused by inflammatory foods

THE SOLUTION IS SIMPLE

5-8 portions of fruit and vegetables between suhour and iftar and drink loads of water 1.5-2 litres per day

Here are some  suggestion of high vitamin C foods that are also alkaline foods.

Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is barakah (blessing).” (Sahih – agreed upon).
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The thing that differentiates between our fasting and the fasting of the People of the Book is eating suhoor.” Narrated by Muslim in his Saheeh.
