I have a friend whose is one of the top raw foodies in the UK, Irena Arango and she showed me how to make completely raw hummus but that’s a bit long when iftar / breaking fast is in 15 minutes .This quick style hummus combines the best of both worlds and tastes amazing according to my loved ones, perfect for Ramadhan food

You will need

1 can of chick peas

1 table spoon of tahini paste

1 clove garlic(its Ramadan and people are going to the mosk)

2-3 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon of apple cidar vinegar ACV

2-3 table spoons of water

pinch of salt and pepper

1-3 teaspoons Sumak powder for decoration and vitamin C 🙂

Last but not least 1 raw courgette/zucchini, makes it lighter
