Jack LaLanne was an amazing man in the Western World .he was born 1914 on a ranch in America.As a teenager he became addicted to sweets and junk food, this habit was so bad it effected his eyesight and he became so sick that at the age of 15 , he got down on his knees and begged God to help him .He prayed,“God give me the strength to stay away from all this junk food that is killing me.” After that Jack bellowed,”I was born again!”
by 21 he opened gyms and continues an amazing life as an inspiring television presenter on health and well being, as well as running gyms.
As an elder man he swam from Alcatraz to shore while having his hands and feet shackled.he was super human and such an inspiration to many. he passed away at the age of 97 subhana’Allah.

He spoke of the need to balance exercise and diet and my poster is my version as a mature female nutritionist naturopath yoga teacher in the making inshaa Allah.

He said, ” That’s what I am saying. You have to take care of your 640 muscles, and the number one thing is exercise. You can eat perfectly but if you don’t exercise, you cannot get by. There are so many health food nuts out there that eat nothing but natural foods but they don’t exercise and they look terrible. Then there are other people who exercise like a son-of-a-gun but eat a lot of junk. They look pretty good because the exercise is king. Nutrition is queen. Put them together and you’ve got a kingdom!”
