40% fruit

5% spices.

and B Complex

 

vitamin C is an anti oxidant and vital in the production of collagen which helps keep the bones flexible.

vitamin K involved in collaboration with Vitamin D in bone production.

 vitamin B complex which helps protect our bones from harmful amino acids that can weaken bones and diminish brain function.

INGREDIENTS per person makes 2 pints

  • 1 banana
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 persimmon
  • 10-15 strands fresh parsley
  • 10cm piece cucumber
  • 5 cm piece ginger
