WHAT I EAT IN DAY MORNING SMOOTHIE
After water ACV (apple cider vinegar) and honey I have a fruit based smoothie.

The base is always banana, a super food mentioned in the Quran.
It is not necessary to put milk or yoghurt in smoothie as bananas will make the smoothie creamy.
Banana contain natural chemicals that thicken the lining of the stomach and combat ulcers.They also contain potassium that regulates body’s water balance.
Fruits are high in vitamins A,C and E which are good anti-oxidants that combat ageing inside and outside the body. Vitamin C is an anti-histamine and promote good immune system function.
Cinnamon is an anti-inflammatory which is good for people with disease like arthritis. It is also good for combat weight gain as it regulates blood sugar and fat production from carbohydrates but to be part of mindful eating diet….will not combat accessing in donuts 🙂
Turmeric another super spice like cinnamon is anti bacteria, anti biotic that is enhanced with a pinch of black pepper according to Solgar scientists.
Gota Cola or Brahmi is an ancient remedy from Ayurvedic traditions and beyond, it what elephants eat who are famous for having great brains, its good tonic for brain damaged caused by strokes, dementia or nervous breakdown. It has many other benefits that are worth researching.
Green Tea powder or Matcha is high in anti-oxidants which as well as being anti-aging for the body inside and out are also good for people suffering with fibromyalgia. The caffeine in Powdered Green Tea/ Matcha is 147% more powerful that drinking cups of green tea so be-careful if you have heart conditions or palpitations. It will give you a serious energy boost but will exacerbate urination.
Fresh/frozen parsley herb is high in vitamin C, so great for anti-ageing and boosting immune system but also great for toning your bones.
RECIPE MAKES 2 PINTS OF SMOOTHIE

*2 bananas
*2 cups of strawberries or any berries
*2 peaches or nectarines or pears whatever suits you
“1 pint water
*2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
*2 teaspoons turmeric powder
* a pinch of black pepper
*2 teaspoons of gota cola/brahmi powder
*1 teaspoon powdered green tea
*1 cup chopped fresh/frozen parsley

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in blender and blitz till smooth
Enjoy and give thanks to Allah the Creator who has provided these natural cures
