” This is the first book to make the connection between the two worlds, the best I have ever seen, for the Western world this book is amazing, comprehensive, enjoyable and visual.100 years of passion and tradition in one book”.
When we drove up and saw all my books in the window, it was one of the most beautiful moments of my life, my book launch at the world’s top pilot cook book store, Books For Cooks. Situated in London’s famous creative Notting Hill Gate, off Portobello Road.
The evening was full of trendy foodies and young and upwardly mobile Muslims , mostly from City Circle, eager to get me to sign my book and hear about the journey of the making. Eager to eat our tasty buffet made by the ,loving hands of Karimah’s Cuisina members. Sadly there are no fotos of the Lebanese mini pizzas, fatayers, humus and crudités as they ate it all before we could roll the film.
The book is available in book shops all over the UK and internationally online. It will be out inshallah, later on this summer in the shops in The States.
