Ramadhan Get Ready –
If you want something useful and therapeutic to do in preparation for Ramadhan, wash peel and chop fruits. Stick them in sandwich bags and put them in the freezer for your breaking fast Ramadhan Fruit Smoothie. Fruits frozen from fresh as still healthy and when its 36 degrees in the shade a frozen fruit smoothie is just the thing you need to hit the spot of deliciousness.

We freeze mixed bags of fruits like pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, that area all higher than oranges for their vitamin C quality, as well as being less hard on the stomach.
You can also freeze bananas that might get wasted if they were left un frozen. These make you smoothie nice and creamy as well as good for the lining of the stomach and combat any nasty stomach bacteremia that could otherwise be harmful.
