ISLAMIC MEDICINE -GREEN JUICES /SMOOTHIES – YOUR DAILY FLU SHOT!

When you are feeling under the weather, changes of season and you are all bunged up, inflamed sore throat, nose, chest, the last thing you want to do is make juice, if you are seriously bad- buy juice , not concentrated but freshly pressed squeezed like Tropicana or stores own makes.
OR get a raw food company like Nama Foods, to make and deliver juice to you.
However making your own juice is more cost effective and immediate and easy one you get over the negative feelings, which are just feeling, you don’t actually have to climb over the wall to get the juicer back!
So what’s the remedy?
On one hand we see that the Creator of the heaven and earth has provided cures for us within nature.

Allah’s Messenger said: There is a remedy for every malady, and when the remedy is applied to the disease it is cured with the permission of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.
On the other hand we see that a top USA Government former vaccine officer says that Flu Shots don’t work,

Let’s get on with the juice, these are the sorts of ingredients that will help cool your inflammation and boost your immunse system, while given your digestion a chance to relax and allowed the body to fight the virus.
KIWIS, high in vitamin C, great for boosting your immune system
CELERY, a wonderful ant inflammatory
CUCMBER ,to cool things down and balance, mentioned in Quran
PARSELY, full of vitamin C (herbs mentioned in Quran)
Per person for a 400-500 ml glass you will need
½ cucumber washed and sliced in 1/2 long ways
2-3 kiwis washed cut in half long ways
3 sticks of celery washed properly
A small handful of fresh washed and chopped parsley
You could add garlic if you were really brave, wheat grass if you have it or sea weed and spinach.
Juicing is so easy you can put the kiwis in without peeling, put everything in the juicer, pour and enjoy, you could put a bit of Echinacea or golden seal in mind to boost the immune system a bit more
