This peach, apricot and gogi berry smoothie is a follow on from our modified Moroccan peach smoothie from Alia that had loads of white sugar and boiled carrots.
INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
5 APRICOTS
10 ML GOGI BERRIES SOAK IN 300ML OF WATER OVERNIGHT OR A FEW DAYS IN FRIDGE
1 PEACH
CHOP PEACH INTO JUG BLENDER, ADD SOAKED APRIOCOTS AND GOGI BERRIES AND THERI WATER AND BLITZ, ENOUG FOR 3 X 235 GLASSES
