In a small tea pot or milk saucepan if you don’t have a tea pot add 1 tea spoon of dry basil, thyme and sage, add hot not boiling water, cover and leave to brew, DO NOT COOK, just brew, which means leave it alone for at least 5 minutes, then strain an d have ideally with a little honey.

Medicinal benefits of basil, good for eyesight, thins blood and contains lots of iron , so people with anemia would do well to eat more of it, its also good for strengthen bones so great for pre-menopause and menopausal women.

    jazakum Allah……i have question …..for anemia. what is more benificial dry basil in tea or fresh basil in food?
