DAY 6 NO MEAT
Celery cucumber and kiwi juice, forgot herbal blend
A few pieces of pickles herring roll mops I love good old east end treat.
Studying/Reading about food combining so just had cucumber, humous, olives lettuce and tahini no oat biscuit, bread, carbs starch, leaving it to digest because I really want chai tea and oat biscuit with jam.
Need to read a bit more and see what I am allowed, this is really interesting I have done 6 days no red or white meat just a little fish and now getting into food combining
So I had oats biscuits with raspberry jam not sure how good that is? Food combining…. hmmm, there are examples of food combining in Islamic medicine, for example, prophet Muhammad , salah la alaihi wa salem, didn’t eat fish and diary together, they are toxic, two proteins together food combining principle, no orange and diary together either, information in Ibn Qayyimah Al Jawziyyah’s book.
Later some raisins and just had Thai Veggie Soup with rice from yesterday. If I’m hungry later, yoghurt and black berries but no oat biscuit, its carbs and if not burnt off turn to fat,
I can’t take all this food combining right now but I’m trying to learn more about it an apply insha’allah
Definitely no meat.
I spoke with those good people at Willow Brook Farm and told them what I was up to. They truly do sell organically reared and killed halal meal, insha’allah I’ll go see them in the Spring
