Day 5 no meat 365

Well brief post, I’m still doing it, today had water then herb tea, pineapple cucumber celery juice with my new herb blend, fried egg in wholemeal pitta, then an almond croissant and rooibos tea , a piece of smoked mackerel and then veggie Thai soup.

Oh my raw foodie friend from Bliss bites bought me a raspberry truffle to taste that was amazing!
