water , herbal tea with honey, berrie smoothie, soya drink and a bit of sesame bar because the geese ate most of it in the park,5 bits of sushi and cup of bovril, rooibush tea  and a square of dark chocolate, an apple and a bowl of veggie quinoa soup, recipe coming soon inshallah
