Gogi berries are a new one for most people. These cute little dried fruits can be bought in some supermarkets like Waitrose or health shops.  And last but not least water.Did you know that water is mentioned in the Quran over 100 times, it is the most frequently mentioned source of nutrition, what are we without water?

Allah Almighty says:

“Then tell me about the water that you drink. Is it you who cause it from the rain-clouds to come down,
Or are We the Causer of it to come down?
If We willed, We verily could make it salty (and undrinkable):

why then do you not give thanks (to Allah)?
