Its takes some will power, by the grace of the Creator, to be juicing through the winter. Still I have been juicing for over 20 years now, I remember one day thinking,
“Do I really need another pair of shoes?”
The answer was obvious and I went and bought my first juicer. Its only this year, spurred on by the thought of my nimbly vibrant next door neighbor , whose a professional pure love raw food foodie and my need for wellness that I have been juicing through these cold winter days….thinking of the amazing health benefits rather than my addiction to comfort foods. I had an objective this winter “NOT TO PUT ON WEIGHT”.
Praise God I have succeeded.
