I have been asked by  a muslim magazine to write a review of Medicine of the Prophet by Ibn Qayyim Al Jawziyya. This is a blessing of Allah to be asked to write a review of one of my favourite all time classic books, mashallah.

Some times though , its hard to focus, however one of the things I read in one version of Medicine of the Prophet , was that the prophet said oils are the best medicne, I am sorry that I cannot give you that hadith at this moment, when I read it and spoke about it, people natural assumed that this just meant black seed oil, however we know there are lots of other useful medicinal oils and the science of aromatherapy has been explained by some scholars.
