The livestock industry is responsible for around 18 percent of global greenhouse gas emissions, due largely in part to emission of methane from the also takes vast amounts of cereals to feed these animals to produce meat, this amount of cereals would feed many more humans, islamically to follow the example of the prophet muhammad, peace and blessings of the Creator, be upon him, he didnt eat meat every day and soemtimes went as long as two months without eating meat.

But researchers in Japan may have another  solution – that may be a little difficult to stomach…you have been warned!

Japan is way ahead of its peers in edible poop research. In 1993, they found that sewage waste contained a protein they could turn into a meat substitute.

Mitsuyuki Ikeda, a scientists from the Environmental Assessment Center in Okayama created and named the “shit burger” (look carefully when he takes it out of the fridge, I had to rewind to make sure my eyes were correct in what I saw) which is made out of soya , protein extracted from poop, and steak sauce essence. At the moment the substitute costs 10 to 20 times than real meat because of the amount of money that went into the research.

Ultimately, toilets will be only for organic wastes and the resulting sewage will all be processed into meat which will transform agriculture so that meat from animals will no longer be profitable.

Ultimately, toilets will be exclusively for organic wastes, and the resulting sewage will be processed into meat-substitutes, so that agriculture will be transformed due to making uncompetitive the production of meat from animals.
