All foods is from Allah, all raw ingredients are from Allah but not all foods are mentioned by name.

I have chosen 18 specific foods that are mentioned in the Quran,illustrated them and even give the Quranic quotes, in some cases hadith and the classical scholars medicinal uses of these special foods.There is even a few recipes , all in my new book , “SACRED SUNNAH SUPERFOODS, an illustrated guide to Quranic foods”
