20 kilos of lamb donated by our butchers as an Hajj Eid sacrifice, donated to us to feed homeless

Our butchers donated a whole lamb, 20 kilos , they actually gave us 2 lambs but we asked them to save one for next time insha’allah, for us to cook and feed the poor and needy.

We  make curry, not too spicy as most of the homeless are East European;Romanian, Russian, Lithuanian .We serve with brown rice which is healthier than white rice. We flavour the rice with spices and mixed vegetables. They get a E-number free drink and we have a few sleeping bags to give away.
