As the gentle but firm friend of ramadhan passes away for another year, I am all zonked out, overdosed on white flour, chocolate and fast food!Well it was Eid, what else could I do, visiting friends and being taken out for dinner? As I said to-day I’m back on the wagon, rollin, rollin , rollin!
This morning for breakfast I had acidophilis capusule and along glass of water, followed by slippery elm powder and milk for my sentive tummy then oat bran, banana, yoghurt, honey and black seeds.
