WASH YOUR FRUITS AND DRAIN

IN ANOTHER BIG BOWL 3 CUPS OF ORGANIC OATS, BECAUSE YOU ARE WORTH IT

ADD LOADS DATES

ADD 1 CUP OF MIXED PUMPKIN SEEDS, FLAX SEEDS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS

ADD 1 TEA SPOON OF GINGER, CINNAMON,TUMERIC/HALDI AND SEE NEXT POST FOR THE REST
