A month of preparation for the month of Ramadhan

We have been neglecting

Still it’s come round again

“The earth needs some moulding” an ancient refrain

On a higher level of angelic being

We’ve got some work to do on our hearts

We are seeing,

Preparation before the rain of Ramadhan blessing,

Some identifying and weeding,

of bad behaviour that messing,

With our on going elevation and constant abundance,

Time to sort things out ,

Wheel and come one stance,

( that means get serious)

Time to get personal and take a look inside,

Miserliness, fear of poverty,

Ostentation and pride,

Fraud and vanity,

Anger and heedlessness,

Blame worth modesty,

Lewd wantonness,

Boasting and arrogance,

Displeasure with blame,

Displeasure with divine degree,

Are all diseases of shame?

Envy and hatred,

Iniquity and fantasising,

Ignorance and arrogance,

False hope and despising,

Oblivious to the blessings,

We have and to come,

The earth needs some moulding,

Under the hot summer sun,

Cos all play and no work,

Ever wondered where the word shirk,

Comes from,

Shirking,

We even say in English,

 Shirk is idol worshipping,

We don’t need to sing this,

Enough said, it’s nearly time for bed

We got prayers to do

Come now dread,

And be a true disciple

Within the rules and regulations,

Bow down to the Creator

Creator of all nations,

One nation under a groove,

One nation still on the move,

And so we say……………Sha’ban a sign  in Islam.
