CINNAMON ANTI INFLAMMATORY ANTI DIABETIC ANTI FUNGAL ANTI VIRUS ETC

As salaam alaikum,I love cinnamon and the reason I have spent days writing this is because as an organisation, we were donated 2 massive bags of cinnamon, so much that we cannot use all of it. So we have been bagging it into small bags and giving out to neighbours, family, friends, volunteers, refugees , hostels and food banks.

I’ve also had a TIA mini stroke , so I use cinnamon and cassia bark to thin my blood, alhmdulilah.

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum.

It is used as is or ground into a fine powder.

Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka, so if the packet says  from Indonesia or China it is not Cinnamon, its Cassia Bark, not true cinnamon. Cassia bark is packed with even more health benefits than Cinnamon , coming in another post in shaa allah.
