If you are so urbanized that you can only shop in Waitrose, its time to get out and about and live a bit more, those boyz on the corner, in the corner of the shopping center and  in the market and aka the bowl ‘n’ bara (barrow) boyz.

Their fruit and veg quality is just as good as the supermarket, they are just a bit rough round the edges but nice when you get to know them and their prices are  cheaper than most supermarkets maybe with the exception of Asda and Quality Foods in Southall.

You cannot do this challenge in a healthy way if you insist on shopping in  Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco and certainly not Harrods unless they sponsor you.
