I know that narrow minded mentalities love it when people stick to one thing but this is not Islamic.

We have an Islamic tradition of polymaths;scholars who were good at various disciplines.

So as well as blogging about food, nutrition and well being I will in shaa Allah we blogging about social issues as the Grenfell Tower Fire  has affected  the mind body and soul of our community in Ladbroke Grove.

The area of Portobello and Ladbroke Grove has been rich in cultural creative talent for many many years prior to the fire and this is our strength and our healing in shaa Allah.

Since 1970’s Islam has grown stronger in this area
