Feed the Need started small and it will end small insha’Allah because by creating small .

Along the way, our consistency became respected and we are now involved with a variety of agencies relative to food poverty.

One project is PlanzHeroes , an organisation that co-ordinates food producers, waste and charities.Through them we have linked up with Teds Veg, from whom we get load of really nutritious veggies that make sure the homeless get part of theri 5 a day.

JINN POSSESED MAN TAKES SHADAHA WITH US ON STREET….Last week we were out on the street FEED THE NEED, feeding the homeless on the streets of Central London a man , an English man came and took food and asked for a sleeping bag which we gave him, iERA brothers there with us, after we finished giving the man started speaking with the brothers about islam, the brothers gave him Quran on the phone to listen to the man dropped down in front of us and rolling around on the pavement, subhana ‘allah I never saw this before on the street, so i started to say “aaoothou bilairhi minar shatan ne regime”, brothers noT flinching, they’d seen it before , another time another place, still standing strong, maasha’allah.
The man calmed down, brothers still giving him Quran to listen to , i was reciting ayat al kursi keeping behind brothers , staying safe alhmdulilah, brothers wanted to go back to dowaa stall and i said i was going home, best to leave this to brothers as the man wanted to coem with them to dowaa stall….he went to teh dowaa stall and took shahada, tears in my eyes again, when i found out earlier i was sobbing…Allah works in Mysterious ways, subhana Allah we are blessed to have @iera with us ameen

More of us need to look at health in a holistic way, a complete way of mind body and soul not just the physical.
 
As Muslims we believe that four things are written on your soul while still in the womb
“We begin this journey in our mother’s wombs. 120 days after
conception the soul is blown into the fetus.
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin Mus’ud: “Allah’s Apostle, the true and truly inspired said, ‘(The matter of the Creation of) a human being is put together in the womb of the mother in forty days, and then he becomes a clot of thick blood for a similar period, and then a piece of flesh for a similar period. Then Allah sends an angel who is ordered to write four things. He is ordered to write down his (i.e. the new creature’s) deeds, his livelihood, his (date of) death, and whether he will be blessed or wretched (in religion). Then the soul is breathed into him'”[Bukhari]”

So the date of the death is unknown, however if someone who you empower, tells you that you will die next Friday, based on a blood test and scientific evidence,then, if you are that way inclined, you will believe them and start putting your energy into believing that you will die that day.
 
But lets flip the script…I personally know people who are recovering from cancer, who were told they had only months to live by doctors in white coats. These patients have gone on to live for years alhmdulilah, because they decided that they were going to fight it.They were not going to give in and believe the opinion of a few.
 Nutritionists, we look at illnesses of the clients parents and grandparents, these are indicators to potential illness disease that are affecting or could affect the client in the future, it is not necessary to  spend excessive amounts of money to predict possible future health problems just look at the ancestors in your family.
 
It’s your life, you choose your path, may Allah guide us all ameen

Banana Broccoli for Bones

I’m really tired just come home from FEED THE NEED , out feeding homeless project and having for first time a green smoothie for supper. This is a serious paradigm shift for us as we normally eat hot food in the evening in the winter. This smoothie is serious comfort food, those raw foodies have been keeping secret from us, the combination of banana, honey and broccoli is like cold ice-cream porridge, its really nice

Ingredients
· ½ bunch broccoli , stalk and all, washed and chopped
· 1-2 celery rib, washed and chopped
· 1 apple , washed chopped and cored
· 1/2 lemon with skin if unwaxed and clean from pesticide for really lemon taste, clean outside of lemon with vinegar and rinse
· 1 banana, washed and peeled
· 1-3 tsp raw honey (or to taste)
· 1 cup almond milk/brazil milk
· 1 cup coco nut water
· 1 heap teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Put everything in the blender,.blitz and add coconut water at the end to thin and refresh
