I am sorry, not going to write reams, the long and the short of it is, if you don’t burn up starchy carbs they will turn to fat, so if you must eat them, eat them at mid-day not the evening unless you are going for a run, play football of have a passionate night of love making with your husband, bound to burn up some calories.

 

This foto are rice flour pancakes which are great for those of us who dont get on too well with wheat

ingredients

1 cup rice flour

1 cup almond milk

1 organic egg

1 tea spoon tumeric

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together.

Add a little water to make consistency more batter like, not too thick like tooth pasty, no that’s too thick.

We use a silicon brush to brush a tiny bit around the pan for first pancake after than you don’t really need any oil

fry on low heat for 5 minutes then flip then cook other side

you can eat with anything!
